Effective through December, 2004,
our rate of compensation is $220.00 per hour for laboratory
and field testing, investigative analysis, reporting,
and travel time, plus expenses. Our current rate of compensation
for expert testimony is $1,000.00 minimum plus $220.00
per hour travel time, plus expenses. A rate of $250.00
per hour for expert testimony will be charged in the event
that services are required for more than four hours. A
retainer and/or contract may be required prior to any
work performed.
If initial customer
contact with Westside Engineering is
through an agency, Westside Engineering's
compensation rates and all other
agreements are made with the agency and
not directly with the customer.
